Company project: Daishan Petrochemical Circular Economy Industrial Park Workshop No. 6 jacking and rectification design project. The project is located in Zhoushan. Due to pile foundation quality issues, the building experienced significant uneven settlement and tilted eastward as a whole, with a maximum settlement exceeding 50 cm. The design adopted foundation supplemental piling reinforcement and an active lifting rectification scheme for repair and reinforcement.
Company project: Foundation reinforcement and jacking rectification design project for the building at No. 108 Hangwan Road, Nanhui New Town, Pudong New Area. The project is located in Shanghai. It involved a five-storey brick-concrete structure with a raft foundation and a building area of approximately 1,000 m². Drainage improvement works nearby caused wall cracking. The design used 57 square piles of 250 mm for foundation reinforcement and 33 jacks of 200 tonnes, with a PLC hydraulic synchronous control system, to carry out column-cutting jacking and rectification.
Company project: Nanning Lingli Bridge jacking modification project. Due to navigation-channel upgrading, the north and south approach bridges were jacked and modified. The maximum jacking height was 2.3 m and the total jacking area was 30,000 m². A slope-adjustment jacking scheme was adopted in the design.
Company project: Luoyang Peony Pavilion viewing platform jacking, rectification and reinforcement project. The project has a building area of 1,557.83 m². Foundation sliding caused structural columns to tilt and led to uneven settlement of the upper platform. Local foundation reinforcement, local column reinforcement and local jacking were adopted to restore the structure to its original state.
