Company project: Xiamen Chi Wangye Temple (Hongji Hall) jacking and restoration project. Due to low-lying site conditions, Hongji Hall was jacked and restored. The building has a total area of approximately 192.81 m² and adopts an inserted-beam timber structure. PLC synchronous overall jacking was used to lift the building by 1.05 m to its current elevation.
Company project: North Bund Subdistrict East Daming Warehouse underground-space development, renovation and protection project. The project involved a district-level heritage building. In-situ underpinning technology was adopted to enable underground-space development on both sides while strictly protecting the original appearance of the heritage building.
Previous representative project of the core team: Pan Xulun Former Residence restoration project. The project is located at No. 5, Lane 402, Jianguo West Road and is a district-level cultural relic protection site. It involved overall restoration of a three-storey brick-timber building with a building area of approximately 375 m².
Previous representative project of the core team: Yongzhitang reinforcement and restoration project. The project is located at No. 539, Baotong Road, Jing’an District and is a Jing’an District cultural relic protection site. It involved overall reinforcement and restoration of a two-storey brick-timber building with a building area of approximately 300 m².
Previous representative project of the core team: Hanbing Hall restoration project. The project is located within Fudan University and is a Yangpu District cultural relic protection site. It involved overall restoration of a three-storey brick-timber building with a building area of approximately 1,646 m².
