Product overview
Lixin develops intelligent welding equipment and automated production systems for steel bridge fabrication based on robotic technologies for narrow and enclosed spaces.
The equipment portfolio covers the principal manufacturing processes for U-rib stiffened orthotropic steel deck panels. Individual machines can be supplied independently or integrated into automated and digital production lines according to the customer’s fabrication process, production capacity and plant configuration.

Manufacturing Capacity
Lixin’s Wuhan Shuangliu intelligent manufacturing base covers approximately 8,000 m² and is located adjacent to Yangtze River port facilities. The facility has an annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 30 sets of intelligent welding equipment, 100,000 tonnes of steel bridge deck panels and 50,000 tonnes of bridge structures.
A multi-location manufacturing network across China supports production-line delivery, steel bridge fabrication and engineering service requirements.
Welding & Quality Control
U-rib welding systems can integrate remote wire feeding, shielding-gas supply, HD video monitoring, weld tracking, energy transmission and fume collection. Depending on project requirements, internal welds can be inspected by magnetic-particle testing, ultrasonic testing and phased-array ultrasonic inspection.
Robotic grinding and supplementary welding equipment enables localized weld defects to be repaired inside the U-rib, integrating welding, inspection and repair into the production process.
Application Experience
Lixin’s intelligent welding equipment and automated production systems are used by bridge, steel-structure and heavy-industry manufacturers for orthotropic steel deck and steel bridge fabrication.
Representative cooperation customers include China Railway Baoji Bridge Group, Wuhan Bridge Heavy Industries Group, China Railway Construction Corporation-related enterprises, China State Shipbuilding Corporation-related enterprises and other major steel bridge manufacturers.

焊接及质量控制
U肋焊接系统可集成远距离送丝、保护气体输送、高清视频监控、焊缝跟踪、能源输送及烟尘回收等功能。根据项目要求，可采用磁粉、超声及相控阵超声等方式对内焊缝进行检测。
对于局部焊接缺陷，可通过机器人修磨和补焊设备进入U肋内部实施返修，实现焊接、检测和返修一体化质量控制。
