The FJZT-DSF automatic batching plant is designed for two-component backfill grout used in shield tunneling. It consists of powder silos, a clean water tank, a stabilizer storage tank, an A-component mixing and preparation unit, an A-component delivery unit, and an automated control system. The system supports precise proportioning, uniform mixing, efficient operation, and controlled grout quality for filling the tail void and reducing ground settlement.
