Product overview
Clay Shock is a powder compound prepared from synthetic clay minerals and additive materials. It is mixed with water and sodium silicate to form a high-viscosity, plastic, non-solidifying support material. Clay Shock Slurry is a paste-like support material prepared from Clay Shock powder, water, CMC, composite polymers, and sodium silicate. The materials can be used for filling gaps outside the shield body, controlling settlement, stopping water, preventing gushing, and providing temporary low-strength support during shield tunneling.
克泥效是一种由合成黏土矿物及添加材料制成的粉状复合材料，可与水、硅酸钠等材料配合形成高黏度、塑性好、不易固结的支撑材料。克泥效脂则为由克泥效粉、水、CMC、复合高分子材料及硅酸钠等组成的膏状支撑材料。该类材料可用于盾体外间隙填充、沉降控制、止水、防喷涌及盾构施工过程中的低强度临时支护。
