Fujian Zhongtian provides a mud cake prevention and removal technology chain for shield tunneling in clay, silty soil, mudstone, mixed strata, and slurry shield conditions. The solution includes chemical inhibition of clay adhesion, cutterhead anti-adhesion coating, forced stripping agent for formed mud cakes, and a remotely controlled snake robot for cutterhead flushing, inspection, water jet cleaning, and multifunctional maintenance operations.
福建中天交通面向黏土、粉质土、泥岩、复合地层及泥水盾构工况，提供盾构刀盘泥饼防治与清除技术链。方案包括抑制黏土附着的泥饼阻隔剂、刀盘防黏附涂层、针对已形成泥饼的剥除剂，以及可远程控制的清除泥饼蛇形机器人，用于刀盘冲洗、检查、水射流清洗及多功能维护作业。
