Company project: Jianguo East Road No. 69 plot heritage building restoration construction monitoring project. In-situ foundation underpinning was carried out for parts of the walls of 8 buildings, and full-process automated monitoring was implemented. Monitoring items included building cracks, settlement and inclination. Monitoring data were fed back to the platform in real time, providing data support for construction control.

Company project: Underpinning of P118 and P120 piers of Metro Line 3 during shield tunnel crossing. The underpinning modification was carried out without suspending light-rail operation. The construction window was short and operational safety requirements were high. Construction monitoring and process feedback could be used to support safe and controllable underpinning works.

Previous representative project of the core team: Zhonghai Hengchang Jiuli heritage building jacking and underpinning project. The project involved in-situ foundation underpinning and underground-space development for 8 buildings, with a total lifting load of approximately 13,800 tonnes, imposing high requirements on synchronous jacking, load transfer, settlement control and construction monitoring.
