Product overview
The CRD Series Casing Rotator is a full-rotation full-casing drilling rig integrating hydraulic power, hydraulic transmission and electro-hydraulic control. It drives the casing through 360-degree rotary drilling and uses the casing to protect the borehole wall during foundation construction.
The equipment is suitable for cast-in-place piles, replacement piles, diaphragm walls, removal of old piles and underground obstacles, and high-precision steel column insertion. It can be applied in complex ground conditions such as boulder strata, karst strata, thick quicksand layers, high backfill strata and swampy ground, as well as special environments near existing buildings, metro lines and high-speed railways.
CRD系列全回转式全套管钻机是集全液压动力与传动、机电液联合控制于一体的全套管钻进设备，通过回转机构驱动套管进行360度回转钻进，并利用套管进行孔壁保护。
该设备适用于灌注桩、置换桩、地下连续墙、旧桩及地下障碍物清除、高精度无偏差钢立柱插入等施工场景，可用于卵漂石地层、岩溶地层、厚流砂地层、高回填地层、沼泽地等复杂地质条件，以及既有建筑物、地铁、高铁附近等特殊施工环境。
