Product overview
The DCM Deep Cement Mixing System is based on the deep cement mixing method. Specialized deep mixing equipment penetrates soft soil and mixes cement with in-situ foundation soil along the vertical soil layers, forming cement-soil blocks or cement-sand-soil piles to reinforce soft ground.
The DCM system is an integrated solution for soft foundation improvement. It can be used in artificial island foundations, bridge pier foundations, quay wall foundations, revetment foundations, submarine foundations and tunnel-related soft ground improvement projects. The system features high power, high construction efficiency, intelligent operation and controllable construction processes.
DCM处理系统基于水泥深层搅拌工法，通过专用深层搅拌机械深入软土中，沿土层竖向将水泥与地基土就地强制拌合，形成水泥土块体或水泥砂土桩，从而加固软土地基。
该系统是面向软土地基改良加固的整体施工装备解决方案，可用于人工岛基础、桥墩基础、岸壁码头基础、护岸基础、海底基础及隧道等软土地基处理工程，具有功率大、施工效率高、智能化程度高、施工过程可控等特点。
