Product overview
The Mobile Station Type TBM Automatic Guidance System uses an automatic total station equipped with an automatic leveling base. During tunneling, it measures rear resection prisms to obtain the current total station coordinates, then measures the laser target to obtain shield machine attitude information. The system calculates horizontal and vertical deviations, driving chainage, and horizontal and vertical trends in real time, and presents navigation information through graphical and numerical views.
TBM自动导向系统移动站型采用配备自动安平基座的自动全站仪。设备推进过程中，系统实时测量后方交会棱镜，通过后方交会获取当前全站仪坐标，再测量激光靶获取盾构机姿态信息。系统可实时计算水平偏差、垂直偏差、掘进里程、水平趋向和垂直趋向，并以图形和数字结合的方式显示导航信息。
