Product overview

The TBM Automatic Guidance System uses an automatic total station and a laser target solution to measure shield machine position and attitude during tunneling. It calculates horizontal and vertical deviations, driving chainage, and horizontal and vertical trends in real time, and displays navigation information through combined graphical and numerical views to help operators control the machine along the designed alignment.

TBM自动导向系统采用自动全站仪和激光靶方案，用于盾构掘进过程中的位姿测量。系统可实时计算盾构机水平偏差、垂直偏差、掘进里程、水平趋向和垂直趋向，并以图形和数字结合的方式显示导航信息，辅助掘进司机控制设备沿设计轴线推进。
