Product overview

The Straight Pipe Jacking Automatic Guidance System is designed for pipe jacking construction processes. It uses customized laser theodolites and a dual-screen laser target solution to measure pipe jacking machine position and orientation. The system calculates horizontal and vertical deviations, advancement mileage, and horizontal and vertical trends in real time, and displays guidance information through integrated graphical and numerical interfaces. Wireless communication for the dual-screen targets reduces routine maintenance work for survey personnel.

直线顶管自动导向系统面向顶管施工工艺设计,采用定制激光经纬仪和自主研发的双屏激光靶方案,实现顶管机位姿测量。系统实时计算顶管机水平偏差、垂直偏差、掘进里程、水平趋向和垂直趋向,并以图形和数字结合的方式显示导航信息,辅助司机控制顶管机沿设计轴线推进。双屏标靶采用无线通讯方式,可减少测量人员维护工作。
