Product overview
JOZO's high-pressure pump range highlights the HP3, HP6, and HP7 series. HP3 models, including HP3-90EV, HP3-120EV, and HP3-200EV, have been used more widely in overseas projects and cover urban grouting, deep grouting, and higher-flow duties. HP6 and HP7 are the current priority ranges for continuous high-pressure and high-flow grouting, jet-grouting supply, and large-scale ground-improvement works. HP4, HP5, HP13, and lower-pressure or two-component configurations are available for project-specific requirements.
Pump stations can be supplied independently or integrated with rigs, automated slurry systems, storage and agitation units, specialized tooling, and the CMS 3.0 (Construction Management System 3.0) platform. Continuous operation, long-distance delivery, and deep jetting also require coordinated engineering assessment of medium properties, pressure loss, piping, wear parts, and maintenance access.

Equipment Selection Criteria
- Pumped media: cement slurry, water, and project-specific grout are evaluated by viscosity, particle content, abrasiveness, and setting behaviour.
- Pressure and flow: plunger, speed, and drive configurations create different operating envelopes, while nozzles, tooling channels, and target process parameters define the operating point.
- Power configuration: units can be selected around site electricity, diesel power, hazardous-area, or mobile deployment requirements.
- Delivery piping: continuous operation, long-distance delivery, and deep jetting require pressure-loss checks and suitable pipe diameter, joints, pulsation control, return flow, and flushing arrangements.
- Continuous operation and maintenance: the pump station is matched with slurry preparation, storage, rigs, tooling, valves, and monitoring equipment to maintain continuous supply and define wear-part replacement and maintenance intervals.
