Product overview

T-601 Shield Tail Seal Grease is a uniform paste made from fibers, thickeners, fillers and sealants through a specialized process. It is designed for hand-applied or brushable shield tail sealing applications.

The product prevents mortar and groundwater outside the shield machine from penetrating into the machine. When segments are pushed out of the shield tail, the grease can be applied on the outer side of the segment to reduce friction between the segment and the shield tail. It is suitable for shield tail sealing applications requiring water resistance, lubrication, water impact resistance and strong adhesion.

T-601盾尾密封油脂由纤维、增稠剂、填料和密封剂等材料经特殊工艺制成，适用于手涂或涂刷型盾尾密封应用。

该产品可防止盾构机外部砂浆和地下水渗入机内；当管片推出盾尾时，可涂覆于管片外侧，以减少管片与盾尾之间的摩擦。该产品适用于对耐水密封、润滑、抗水冲击和粘附性能有要求的盾尾密封场景。

Appearance: yellow fibrous uniform grease.
Metal corrosion: no corrosion after 30 days on iron plate at room temperature.
Penetration: 170-210, 0.1 mm.
Evaporation loss at 80°C for 5 h: ≤2.5%.
Density at 25°C: 1.3 g/cm³.
Water-resistant sealing at 25°C, 20-mesh screen, 3.5 MPa for 1 h: no water leakage.
Adhesion at 25°C: sliding displacement ≤10 mm in 10 min.

Packaging and storage:

250 kg/barrel; customized packaging available.
Shelf life: 12 months unopened.
Store in a clean, dry and dark place.
Avoid mixing with other greases.
