P-700 Shield Tunneling Foaming Agent is compounded with surfactants, stabilizers, penetrants and other ingredients. During shield tunneling, it is mixed with water and compressed air to generate micro-bubbles through the foaming devices of the cutterhead, pressure chamber and soil discharger.
The bubbles mix with excavated soil to improve muck plasticity and fluidity, maintain excavation face stability, protect cutting tools, reduce wear on the soil discharge system and support smooth shield tunneling. The product is non-toxic and non-corrosive, and the foam can disappear automatically after reaching the ground due to pressure changes.
P-700盾构泡沫剂由表面活性剂、稳定剂、渗透剂等组分复配而成。盾构施工过程中，产品与水和压缩空气混合，通过刀盘、土仓和螺旋输送机等部位的泡沫装置产生微细气泡。
泡沫与开挖土体混合后，可改善渣土塑性和流动性，维持开挖面稳定，保护刀具，降低排土系统磨损，并保障盾构施工顺利推进。该产品无毒、无腐蚀性，泡沫到达地面后可随压力变化自动消散。

- Density at 25°C: 1.03±0.03 g/cm³.
- pH value: 6.0-9.0.
- Foaming ratio at 0.3 MPa air pressure, 25°C water temperature, 3% concentration and 1200 rpm: ≥20.
- Water solubility: fully soluble.
- Foam support force after 15 min: ≥30 mN/m.
- Half-life at 0.3 MPa air pressure, 20°C water temperature and 3% concentration: ≥20 min.
Packaging and storage:
- 1200 kg or 1000 kg environmental protection barrel.
- Shelf life: 12 months unopened.
- Store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
