EP2 Extreme Pressure Lithium Grease is refined through a specialized process using lithium soap thickener, high-quality base oil and multiple additives. It provides lubricity, adhesion, noise reduction and vibration damping performance.
The product is suitable for plastic gear components, medium and small load gears in electric mechanisms, worm gears, sleeves, shock absorbers, high-speed gears in precision machinery and high-friction lubrication points of various machinery. It is especially suitable for conditions where ordinary grease is easily thrown off from the gear surface.
EP2极压锂基脂采用锂皂稠化高品质基础油并加入多种添加剂，经特殊工艺精制而成，具有润滑、粘附、降噪和减振性能。
该产品适用于塑料齿轮部件、电动机构中小负荷齿轮、蜗轮、套筒、减震器、精密机械高速齿轮及各类机械高摩擦润滑点，尤其适用于普通润滑脂容易从齿轮表面甩脱的工况。

Typical performance:
- Dropping point: >198°C for NLGI 0; >215°C for NLGI 1 and NLGI 2.
- Evaporation loss at 99°C for 22 h: <2.0%.
- Oil separation at 100°C for 24 h: <7.0% for NLGI 0, <6.0% for NLGI 1, <5.0% for NLGI 2.
Packaging and storage:
- 250 kg/barrel or customized packaging.
- Shelf life: 12 months unopened.
- Store in a clean, dry and dark place.
- Before use, clean and air-dry greasing parts.
- Avoid mixing with other greases unless compatibility is tested.
