Product overview
Tunnelkey Smarteye for Tunnelling is an intelligent measurement and analysis device serving the tunnel construction process. It can simultaneously collect 3D point clouds and capture high-definition images, providing digital data for tunnel construction measurement, analysis and process control.
The system works together with the Tunnelkey APP and cloud platform. On-site engineers can complete data collection, processing, analysis, result presentation and cloud upload through the mobile APP, reducing dependence on computers during field operations.
A single station dataset can support over-excavation and under-excavation analysis, thickness analysis, volume calculation, surface flatness evaluation, geological modelling, geological sketching and surrounding rock classification.
智隧隧道扫描仪是服务于隧道施工全过程的智能量测分析设备，可同步采集三维点云并获取高清影像，为隧道施工量测、分析和过程控制提供数字化数据基础。
该设备与Tunnelkey APP及云平台配合使用，现场工程师可通过手机APP完成数据采集、处理分析、成果展示及云端上传，减少现场作业对电脑的依赖。
单测站数据可用于超欠挖分析、厚度分析、方量计算、平整度评价、地质建模、地质素描及围岩分级等工作。
