Service overview
Clay Shock is a highly viscous and plastic filling material that does not harden. It is formed by mixing Liquid A made from special bentonite with Liquid B, a plastic modifier. The material can be used in shield tunneling applications to support face stability, reduce settlement risk, prevent mud loss and improve construction control.
In shield tunneling operations, Clay Shock can also be used to reduce friction and energy consumption of shield machines, support water-stopping during shield launching and arrival, assist shield posture recovery and support turning operations.
克泥效是一种不硬化的高黏塑性填充材料，由特殊膨润土制成的 A 液与塑性改性材料 B 液混合形成。该材料可用于盾构施工中，帮助维持掌子面稳定、降低沉降风险、防止泥浆流失并改善施工控制。
