Lanmix steel fibers are cold-drawn steel wire fibers with double hooked ends and glued bundle configuration, designed to improve ductility, toughness, flexural performance and crack resistance in concrete.

Lanmix steel fibers are concrete reinforcing materials made from cold-drawn steel wire fibers. The fibers use double hooked-end geometry for mechanical anchorage in concrete and are glued in bundles to support homogeneous mixing and reduce fiber balling during concrete production.
When added to concrete at an appropriate dosage, steel fibers can improve the mechanical properties of concrete, including ductility, toughness, flexural strength and crack resistance. In suitable applications, steel fiber reinforced concrete can be used as a substitute for, or in combination with, conventional steel bar reinforcement to achieve improved concrete performance.
Lanmix 钢纤维是由冷拔钢丝制成的混凝土增强材料,采用双端钩构造以增强纤维在混凝土中的机械锚固,并通过胶粘成束形式改善搅拌分散效果,减少钢纤维混凝土拌合过程中的结团问题。
按适当掺量加入混凝土后,钢纤维可提升混凝土的延性、韧性、抗弯强度和抗裂性能。在适宜工程条件下,钢纤维混凝土可替代部分传统钢筋,也可与传统钢筋配合使用,以获得更好的混凝土性能。

- Cross Island Line – CR102 in Singapore: Lanmix steel fibers were used for tunnelling shotcrete. The project adopted UF055-3565NP steel fibers at a dosage of 40 kg/m³, with a shotcrete thickness of 60–80 mm. The project commenced in 2024.
- Continental Tire Factory in Malaysia: Lanmix steel fibers were used for industrial flooring slab-on-pile applications. The project adopted UF075-6080MNP steel fibers at a dosage of 35 kg/m³, with a slab thickness of 300 mm. The project commenced in 2018.
