Product overview
Automated slurry preparation and supply reduces material transfer and manual hand-offs between separate machines by connecting powder and water handling, mixing, storage, agitation, and delivery into a continuous process. Modules can be configured around capacity, mix ratio, storage volume, pumping cycle, site layout, and mobility.
The slurry preparation and supply system handles raw materials, slurry preparation, storage, and stable delivery, while the high-pressure pump conveys the medium to the tooling at the required process pressure and flow. The two systems can be coordinated through control, level, flow, and alarm signals.
自动化制浆与供浆系统用于减少各设备之间的物料转运和人工衔接，使粉料、水、浆液制备、储存、搅拌和输送形成连续流程。系统可按产能、配比、储量、泵送节拍、场地布置和移动需求进行模块化配置。
制浆供浆系统负责原料处理、浆液制备、储存和稳定供浆，高压泵负责将介质按工艺压力与流量输送至钻具。两套系统可通过控制、液位、流量和报警信号联动。

- Process flow: powder and water are metered and mixed to produce slurry, which enters a slurry tank or secondary agitator before continuous delivery to the high-pressure pump or grouting line
- System configuration: equipment quantity, slurry-storage volume, and mixing cycle are determined from design capacity, mix proportions, batch volume, continuous operating time, and standby requirements
- Continuous supply: piping, valves, level control, and return-flow arrangements are coordinated with pumping capacity to prevent supply interruption, slurry settlement, or mixing between different grout types

Equipment Layout & Process Control
- Equipment layout: fixed, skid-mounted, or containerized arrangements can be used for high-volume continuous operation, mobile works, and constrained sites.
- Process control: powder metering, water dosing, mixing time, slurry-tank level, supply status, and alarms can be connected to a local control system.
- Monitoring and communication: mix proportions, production batches, level, supplied volume, and equipment status can be connected to remote monitoring or a project data platform.
- Equipment coordination: the slurry system prepares, stores, and supplies grout, while the high-pressure pump delivers it to the tooling at the pressure and flow required by the construction process.
Multi-Hole Tunnel Grouting Application
The LIG F2 low-disturbance grouting platform used in Singapore organized powder storage, conveying, slurry preparation, supply, and multi-hole injection as a continuous system. It supported single- or two-component grout, multiple injection sequences, automatic records, USB export, and remote monitoring for process management and traceability of external tunnel reinforcement.
