Product overview
The integrated intelligent servo equipment for steel strut axial force (model: TD-IAFS-01) is used for active control and dynamic adjustment of axial force in foundation-pit steel struts. Installed at one end of the internal steel pipe strut, the equipment can adjust strut axial force in a closed-loop manner according to foundation pit deformation conditions. It is suitable for tunnel foundation pits, deep foundation pits and support-structure control in infrastructure civil works.
The equipment integrates a steel box, hydraulic station, PID control system, hydraulic cylinder, ball-head top cap and shaft-end system. The control system sends commands to drive the hydraulic system; hydraulic oil is pressurized and introduced into the cylinder, lifting the shaft-end system through the piston and transmitting pressure to the ball-head top cap, thereby enabling axial force loading, holding, adjustment and operational monitoring.

- The equipment mainly consists of six parts: steel box, hydraulic station, PID control system, hydraulic cylinder, ball-head top cap and shaft-end system. The steel box uses Q235 steel and is equipped with lifting points, mounting plates, mud shields and protective plates. The hydraulic system uses an integrated valve block for oil-circuit control. The hydraulic cylinder has a 200 mm stroke and 500 t thrust capacity. The ball-head top cap can adapt to wall-surface conditions and improve contact stability.
