Product overview
The high-performance environmental soil stabilizer series is a green geopolymer-based binding material developed for soil improvement and solid waste resource utilization. It uses industrial solid waste materials such as blast furnace slag, fly ash, desulfurized gypsum, alkali residue and municipal solid waste incineration ash as major raw materials, forming engineering strength through an alkali-activated reaction mechanism.
The product series includes TGD-S for roadbed stabilization and road subbase construction, TGD-S2 for higher-strength applications, and TGD-C for soft soil stabilization and foundation improvement. The series can be applied in roadbed stabilization, soft ground improvement, flowable solidified soil, in-situ stabilization and shield spoil reutilization.

- Under tested conditions, 5% stabilizer dosage can achieve a strength level comparable to 10% cement dosage. TGD-S showed approximately 45% higher strength than cement at the same dosage; TGD-S2 showed approximately 173% higher strength; and TGD-C showed approximately 68%-76% higher strength. Flowable solidified soil applications can achieve low permeability in the range of 10^-8 to 10^-7 cm/s.
- Project applications include approximately 27,000 m³ in the Taizhou S2 Line project, approximately 3,000 m³ in the Manyue Hubin residential project, and approximately 6,000 m³ in river sludge stabilization at Wangyuan Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 15 South Extension Lot 5.
