The High-Pressure Program-Controlled Membrane Filter Press is designed for demanding solid-liquid separation applications where lower moisture content, higher filtration efficiency, and automated operation are required.
The system uses membrane squeezing technology to form a variable filter chamber. After the initial filtration stage, water pressure or compressed air can be applied to the membrane to further squeeze the filter cake, helping reduce moisture content and improve dewatering performance. The squeezing pressure can reach approximately 0.8–2.0 MPa depending on configuration and process requirements.
This equipment is suitable for chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, mining, sludge dewatering, and other industrial applications.
