Product overview
The FZ series is designed for lifting, handling, and feeding large-diameter steel pipe piles by gripping the internal wall of the pile. Mechanical self-locking and hydraulic pressure-retention mechanisms provide redundant safety and reduce the need to pre-weld, cut, and repair external lifting lugs.
A tapered long guide supports horizontal pile feeding and alignment, while the auxiliary lifting point and center-of-gravity arrangement improve stability. The system is intended for offshore wind monopiles, jacket auxiliary piles, and large steel pipe piles used in ports, bridges, and marine foundations.
FZ系列内撑式吊桩器用于大型钢管桩的起吊、转运和喂桩。设备从钢管桩内部形成夹持，通过机械自锁与液压保压锁等安全机制降低吊装过程中钢管桩脱离吊桩器的风险，并减少传统吊耳预焊、切除和后续处理工作。
吊桩器采用锥形长导向结构，便于水平喂桩和对中；辅助吊点与整机重心布置有利于保持姿态稳定。产品主要面向海上风电单桩、导管架基础辅助桩及港口、桥梁等大直径钢管桩施工。
