Product overview

Foresight flexible ventilation ducts are designed for tunnel and mine ventilation projects, supporting air delivery in underground construction environments. The ducts are made from PVC flexible membrane materials and can be customized by diameter, length, fire resistance standard and optional antistatic performance according to project requirements.

Foresight conducts independent research and development of PVC flexible ventilation duct membrane formulations. The membrane composition can be tailored to season, application and performance requirements, helping improve product quality stability, cost-effectiveness, service life and environmental adaptability.

The JULI® tunnel ventilation duct is designed to comply with multiple fire resistance standards, including DIN4102 B1, NFPA701, EN13501, MSHA and DIN75200, with SGS test results for fire resistance. High flame-retardant performance helps reduce fire-related risks in underground ventilation environments.

Foresight’s self-developed automatic production line can produce long duct sections of 100 m, 200 m and 300 m. The line can complete duct body welding, folding and welding of suspension fins or reinforcement patches, improving production efficiency and helping reduce air leakage from tunnel ventilation ducts.
