Product overview
Foresight flexible spiral ventilation ducts are designed for tunnel and mine ventilation areas requiring turns, bends or flexible routing. The duct uses manganese steel wire with good elasticity as reinforced wire and is manufactured by specialized welding equipment to provide good appearance, folding performance and smooth stress distribution during ventilation.
The product can be used under positive pressure for air blowing and can also support underground ventilation layouts requiring flexible turning. It can effectively replace conventional elbows in certain ventilation arrangements and allows 360-degree turns, helping reduce the risks associated with rigid elbow dead angles, bursting and cracking.
远见柔性螺旋通风风筒适用于隧道和矿山通风中需要转弯、弯折或灵活布置的区域。产品采用具有良好弹性的锰钢丝作为增强钢丝，并通过专用焊接设备加工，具有较好的外观、折叠性能和通风受力均匀性。
该产品可在正压送风条件下使用，也适用于需要灵活转向的地下通风布置。在部分通风系统中，柔性螺旋风筒可替代传统弯头，实现 360° 任意转弯，降低刚性弯头死角、爆裂和开裂等风险。
