Biography
嘉宾介绍
白云教授拥有三十余年土木工程实践经验,曾参与中国、新加坡、印度、越南、泰国、安哥拉和阿联酋等国家的工程项目。其专业经历涵盖地铁隧道与车站、水工隧道、道路隧道、地基处理、岩石洞室、工程监测、结构试验及桩基础等多个领域,并曾担任STEC和SUCG总工程师。
作为同济大学教授,他长期开展隧道工程优化与修复研究,已发表论文100余篇。他还通过国际隧道与地下空间协会及中国土木工程学会的相关工作,持续推动国际专业交流与隧道工程会议合作。

地下工程事故类型复杂,任何一次报告都无法穷尽所有情形,但对典型事故进行回顾,可以识别其中反复出现的技术与管理共性。
在技术层面,报告将讨论工程细节被忽视或处理不当、异常监测数据未受到重视,以及对施工技术和风险机制理解不足等问题。许多事故在发生前已经出现可以被监测和识别的征兆,关键在于能否及时理解并采取行动。
在管理层面,地下工程具有分阶段和动态变化的特点,因此需要贯穿施工过程的实时风险控制。若风险准备不足、现场责任落实不到位,原本可以早期处理的小问题可能逐步演变为重大事故。报告将通过典型案例总结相关经验,强调监测预警、早期干预、应急准备和现场责任对于事故预防的重要性。
Biography — English+
Professor Bai Yun has more than three decades of civil engineering experience across China and international markets. His work spans metro tunnels and stations, water and road tunnels, ground improvement, rock caverns, instrumentation, structural testing, and pile foundations. He previously served as Chief Engineer of STEC and SUCG. At Tongji University, his research focuses on tunnel optimization and rehabilitation, and he has authored more than 100 papers. He has also supported international cooperation through leadership roles in ITA and CCES.

The lecture reviews selected tunnelling accidents to identify recurring technical and managerial lessons. On the technical side, it considers overlooked engineering details, poor handling of abnormal monitoring data, and limited understanding of construction methods. On the managerial side, it emphasizes continuous risk control, early intervention before small problems escalate, adequate emergency preparation, and clear site responsibility. The central message is that many underground incidents show warning signs and can be prevented when technical evidence is acted on promptly and risk governance remains active throughout construction.
