Jiangyin Haida Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 1970. With rubber and plastic material modification as its core technical foundation, the company focuses on two fundamental functions: sealing and vibration reduction. It develops, manufactures and supplies key rubber and plastic components and system solutions for global customers.
Haida’s products are widely used in rail transit, construction, automotive and marine sectors. The company has been recognized as a Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise and a National Torch Program Key High-Tech Enterprise. In June 2012, Haida was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under the stock abbreviation Haida Co., Ltd. and stock code 300320.
Since entering the engineering rubber products sector in 1997, Haida has developed shield tunnel segment sealing products under the Haida brand. Its tunnel waterproofing products have been used in shield tunnel projects across domestic metro cities and in major highway, railway, river-crossing, water conveyance, power and gas transmission tunnels. Haida’s tunnel segment sealing products have also been applied in overseas shield tunnel projects in countries including Singapore, India, Nepal, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Panama and Lesotho.

海达股份自1997年进入工程橡胶制品领域，并于2000年成功开发“海达”品牌盾构管片密封产品。其盾构防水产品已覆盖国内所有地铁城市，并在大量公路、铁路、过江、过河、引水、电力、输气等盾构隧道工程中配套应用。相关产品也已应用于新加坡、印度、尼泊尔、马来西亚、孟加拉、印度尼西亚、格鲁吉亚、斯里兰卡、巴拿马、莱索托等国家的盾构隧道工程。
