Product overview
The shotcrete thickening and rebound adjustment agent is formulated for sprayed concrete applications. It is composed of viscosity-modifying components, polymer-reinforced components, nano-modified components and other composite materials. According to physical form, the product can be supplied as liquid or powder type.
The product improves the workability, water retention and cohesion of shotcrete, while supporting setting and early-strength development. It is intended to improve on-site shotcrete construction performance, reduce rebound and support efficient tunnel initial support and structural reinforcement works.

Technical parameters
- The product is designed to reduce the shotcrete rebound rate to no more than 8% under appropriate project conditions.
- Representative engineering application: In the Ganzhou-Shenzhen High-Speed Railway project, the product system was used for C25 shotcrete with a shotcrete thickness of 300–400 mm. The accelerator achieved an initial setting time of less than 2 minutes and a final setting time of less than 5 minutes. The rebound adjustment agent supported a rebound rate of no more than 8%, and the 1-day compressive strength reached at least 10 MPa.
