End Hooked Glued&Loose Steel Fiber is a concrete reinforcement material designed for applications such as warehouses, industrial floors, tunnels and shotcrete. The end-hooked geometry improves mechanical anchorage in concrete, while the product can be supplied in glued or loose form according to project requirements.
When added to concrete at an appropriate dosage, the steel fibers can improve crack resistance, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, shear strength, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance and toughness. In suitable applications, steel fibers can partially or fully replace conventional steel mesh reinforcement and support faster construction.
端勾粘排及单丝钢纤维是一类用于混凝土增强的钢纤维产品，适用于仓储、工业地坪、隧道、喷射混凝土等工程场景。端勾构造有助于增强纤维在混凝土中的机械锚固作用，产品可根据项目需求提供粘排或单丝形式。
按适当掺量加入混凝土后，钢纤维可提升混凝土抗裂性能、劈拉强度、抗折强度、抗剪强度、抗冲击性、抗疲劳性、耐磨性及韧性。在适宜应用中，钢纤维可部分或完全替代传统钢筋网片，并有助于加快施工速度。
